Take this two-minute tour of the newly reopened site where Theodore Roosevelt was inaugurated in 1901. The site's renovation was completed in 2009 and included the rebuilding of the carriage house, addition of a community room and gift shop and the installation of interactive educational displays.
The picturesque Frank Lloyd Wright designed Darwin Martin House is a world-class cultural asset tucked away in the Parkside neighborhood of Buffalo, NY. The John R. Oishei Foundation has been a stalwart supporter for many years. See the progress-to-date of restoration efforts and hear from the Martin House executive director and board chair in this short video.
This multi-use facility has become a solid regional asset, tourist attraction and hub of cultural activity in the community. Over 75 artists rent studios, create masterpieces and display them in the two on-site galleries.
