Building Organizational Strength

The Foundation will continue to expand our support of capacity-building and organizational development activities, leadership development and succession planning, and a variety of other special initiatives.

Our anticipated outcomes in the Building Organizational Strength through Operational Improvements focus area are:

  • Implement and support leadership development programs

  • Incite and guide cross-sector collaboration
  • Promote and support opportunities for professional development of staff and boards
  • Seek opportunities for, and assist with, strategic alliances and mergers
  • Encourage and support improvements in information technology and other infrastructure areas
  • Provide assistance to organizations with strategic, business and succession planning
